Refund And Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns Policy:

Unused Stock products may be returned for a refund within 30 days unless otherwise stated. We’ll gladly accept your item back as long as it is new, unworn/unused, and still in its original condition and packaging with all original tags attached. Please contact our headquarters to discuss starting a return of a stock product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refundable Returns:

  • Ready to ship bats 
  • Ready to ship batting gloves 
  • Ready to ship fielding gloves
  • Platinum apparel
  • Platinum accessory items

Note: The refundable return items listed above are subject to change without notice. 

For custom products, we do not allow Refunds, Returns, Cancellations or Exchanges on any custom orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of ALL custom selections prior to checking out. Once the order is placed it may not be modified or canceled.

Non Refundable Returns, Cancellations or Exchanges:

  • All custom bats
  • All custom batting gloves
  • All custom fielding gloves
  • All custom team jerseys and gear
  • All custom team apparel
  • All blank baseballs and Platinum branded baseballs
  • All custom branded baseballs 
  • All custom branded accessory items (sliding mitts, leg guard, arm guard, etc.). 
  • All used/opened website accessory items (knob stickers, pine tar, bat grips, etc.). 
  • All wholesale purchased items and any item(s) purchased for retail

If you experience an issue with your custom product or if the order was not made to the specifications selected on your order, please contact our support team so we can assist.

Note on return requests due to color selections: Color shades may vary slightly from the custom builder on-screen colors due to monitor screen differences as well as variances in the color application processes during production. Please note that the Platinum glove customizer images will ALWAYS show a “right-handed throwing glove” mock-up for the image, even if you choose a left-handed throwing glove in the selection process. We will always follow the selections made, not the glove image to produce the physical glove. Color fading is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.


Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@platinumbatco.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns:

In the event an item needs to be returned or exchanged we will reach out to you with an official mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
