Platinum Bat Co, LLC. Warranty Information:

Platinum offers limited warranties on certain products. Each product warranty guideline is listed below. 

Warranty Items:

  • All bats purchased at full MSRP
  • All fielding gloves purchased at full MSRP
  • All carbon wood bats purchased at full MSRP

Platinum Wood Bats:

Platinum offers a 90 day limited warranty on all Custom Reserve and Ready to Ship bats. Platinum thoroughly inspects all bats pre and post production to ensure the highest level of finish and quality. 

However, we do not warranty bats for mishits or misuse. This includes but is not limited to: Hitting the ball outside of the designated hitting area, hitting anything other than REAL baseballs, slamming the bat, or mistreating the bat (leaving it outside or in the rain for example).

If you feel that your broken bat was caused due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us.

Please note that to receive a warranty your bat MUST be purchased at FULL MSRP. If your bat was purchased with any discount code or sale your bat is not available for warranty. In the event this occurs Platinum will replace your bat at the original purchase price or a price at the discretion of Platinum Headquarters. 

There is a limit of 1 warranty replacement per item. 

Platinum Carbon Wood: 

Platinum offers a 1 year limited warranty on all Custom Reserve and Ready to Ship carbon wood bats. 

We do not warranty bats for mishits or misuse. This includes but is not limited to: Hitting the ball outside of the designated hitting area, hitting anything other than REAL baseballs, slamming the bat, or mistreating the bat (leaving it outside or in the rain for example).

Platinum Fielding Gloves: 

Platinum offers a 1 year limited warranty on all Custom Reserve and Ready to Ship fielding gloves. 

Remember that leather is a natural product from the hide of a steer. It’s not Manufactured. The best way to break in a glove is some good ole fashioned catch, and some glove leather cream. 

We do not warranty gloves for misuse during regular play or during the “Break-In” period. This includes but is not limited to: 

Steaming, baking, microwaving, water bucket break-ins, mistreating the glove (leaving it outside or in the rain for example), or any other “Out There” break-in method (running it over with your car for example). This will immediately VOID the 1 year warranty. 

Please note that if you pop a seam we will not warranty your glove for repair or based on the 1 year warranty guidelines. Popping seams happens to all of us and is unfortunately a part of life. If this happens please contact a local sporting goods store on lace repairs.

Please note that color fading is not covered under warranty. 

If you feel that your broken glove was caused due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us.

Note: Warranty items listed above are subject to change without notice. 


Items Not Covered Warranty:

Not all Platinum Products are covered under warranty. Don’t worry though! These items are limited to normal wear and tear products that generally cannot be warrantied. This would include but is not limited to: 

  • Platinum apparel
  • Plating batting gloves
  • Platinum training gear
  • Platinum team apparel and jerseys
  • Platinum baseballs 
  • Platinum trophy bats
  • Knob stickers
  • Platinum grips 
  • Platinum pine tar
  • All other Platinum accessory items 

Note: If you feel that an item that is not covered under warranty broke or came apart due to manufacturing defect please contact us and we will be sure to review your request. All reviews are done so on a case by case basis and the decision to reissue a replacement is at the discretion of Platinum Headquarters.
